Prior to founding ElevateHR, Israel held key HR leadership roles at prominent organizations.  His accomplishments include successfully spearheading initiatives that resulted in significant reductions in associate relations cases and improvements in employee retention and cost savings. He's adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics to improve employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with overarching business objectives.

His expertise spans operations management, business intelligence, and strategic program implementation. At ElevateHR, Daniel leverages his extensive background in leading large teams and optimizing complex processes to ensure seamless HR operations and exceptional client service.

Prior to joining ElevateHR, Daniel held key operational roles at organizations such as Amazon, Caesars Entertainment, Nestlé, and Lockheed Martin, consistently exceeding expectations in revenue generation, cost savings, and employee satisfaction. He is a Lean Six Sigma expert, certified in project management, and holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration.
